FSC Sentinel Alerts (SMS program)

What it is. FSC Sentinel Alerts sends automated gate and access-control equipment alerts, such as an operator going offline or a safety sensor fault, to Florida Security Concepts staff and on-call technicians. It does not send marketing messages.

Text alerts are optional. Receiving texts is not a condition of employment, of being on call, of any job duty, or of any purchase. Staff who do not opt in get the same alerts by email and in the FSC Sentinel web console.

How you opt in. Only Florida Security Concepts employees and on-call technicians may enroll, and there is no public sign-up. An employee who wants text alerts opts in voluntarily by signing a separate, optional SMS consent form (consent box unchecked by default) or by emailing management that they agree to receive FSC Sentinel alert texts at a stated mobile number.

Message frequency varies with equipment events. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (352) 282-0692 or info@floridasecurityconcepts.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
